Scope

  • Generate virtual proofs for all marks

  • Automatically notify the customer via email that their proof is ready for review

  • Self service for customers: approvals or request a revision per line item

  • Capture revision requests in one place

  • Automatically send reminder emails pertaining to unreviewed items

  • Increase the efficiency of the art approval workflow by allowing the CSG and CS art team to focus on customer service and less on manual operational tasks
